Anti-Bribery:

This policy details what constitutes bribery and who can be found liable and to clarify that.  International Centre for Cultural Excellence (ICCE) will not be party to corruption or bribery in any form. Our policy complies with the UK’s Bribery Act 2010.

Approval of publishers’ resources to support learners taking ICCE exams

This policy sets out the criteria by which decisions regarding the endorsement of published materials are made. 

Conflicts of Interest Policy

This policy sets out the expectations regarding real and potential conflicts of interest and the procedures to be followed in the event of a possible conflict of interest arising. This policy is designed to ensure that any work that is carried out for or on behalf of ICCE is free from improper influence and is independent, fair and unbiased.

Malpractice & Reporting Malpractice

This policy defines malpractice and maladministration, sets out the rights and responsibilities of ICCE, its Registered Exam Centres and candidates in relation to malpractice and maladministration, and explains what happens where there is reason to suspect malpractice or maladministration.
