Modern Slavery Statement

Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires certain businesses, including International Centre for Cultural Excellence (ICCE), to prepare and publish an annual statement outlining the steps taken to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in their operations and supply chains.
Our Commitment to Combating Modern Slavery:
International Centre For Cultural Excellence (ICCE) is committed to upholding ethical practices and ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place in our business or supply chains. We recognize the importance of addressing these issues and are dedicated to taking proactive measures to prevent and combat them.
Our Organizational Structure and Supply Chains:
ICCE operates as a music education provider, offering courses, certifications, and partnerships to schools and music institutions. While our supply chains primarily consist of service providers, suppliers, and partners involved in supporting our operations, we acknowledge the need to maintain vigilance throughout our entire value chain.
Due Diligence and Risk Assessment:
We conduct thorough due diligence processes to identify and assess potential risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains. This includes evaluating our suppliers' policies, practices, and commitments to human rights, as well as engaging in ongoing monitoring and assessments to ensure compliance.
Policies and Code of Conduct:
International Centre For Cultural Excellence (ICCE) has implemented policies and a Code of Conduct that clearly outline our commitment to human rights, fair labor practices, and ethical behavior. These policies are communicated to all employees, suppliers, and partners, emphasizing our zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking.
Training and Awareness:
We provide training and awareness programs to our employees and relevant stakeholders to ensure they understand the risks associated with modern slavery and human trafficking. This enables them to identify and report any concerns or violations promptly.
Reporting and Whistleblowing Mechanisms:
International Centre For Cultural Excellence (ICCE)encourages a culture of transparency and accountability, providing channels for reporting any suspicions or incidents related to modern slavery. Our confidential reporting mechanisms ensure that individuals can safely disclose any concerns without fear of reprisal.
Continuous Improvement:
We are committed to continuously improving our efforts to combat modern slavery. This includes regularly reviewing and enhancing our policies, procedures, and due diligence processes to adapt to evolving risks and challenges.
This Modern Slavery Statement reflects ICCE's commitment to combatting modern slavery and human trafficking. We hold ourselves accountable for the actions we take to prevent these crimes and will continue working towards creating a transparent and responsible business environment.
